How To Beat a DUI

In order to acquit you of all dui charges, your dui lawyer will have to analyze the evidence provided by the Crown lawyers. This analysis will have to provide your lawyer with enough of a loophole to get reasonable doubt. The important part of the law is that in order to convict you, you must be proven guilty. You can’t do that if there is reasonable doubt, or contradictions.

However, loopholes are not always easy to find. Therefore, we move to the next and final option. Often for a first time offender, the Crown lawyers may offer or accept a plea bargain. You may have to plead guilty to a reckless driving charge in order to remove the DUI charges. You won’t be completely acquitted, but it’s better then suffering through the implications that arise from a DUI.

It is important to note that you must plead not guilty. Otherwise intricate case details will not be brought to the forefront of the trial, and your lawyer will not be able to find a loophole to utilize.
